Bullsnest can shoot a home at any time of the day, and will take bookings as such. However, if you have a hero shot that must be pristine, take a look at where the property is in relation to the sun.
If the shot is backlit, the colours never look as fabulous because of the need to over expose the shot, then insert a fake sky. Over-exposure leaches colour from the image that cannot be added back in. The look is certainly a softer look, but perhaps not what you want to make it stand out. If possible, try to have the home shot with the sun directly on the most important facade.
If using pole, this is even more important as the lens cannot be protected and shaded from sun glares, which can cause sun spots on the photo and also sometimes distortion.
Book wisely when it comes to your properties to ensure the best photo! See some examples below of backlit versus full sun.
